About the Artists:

Monty Criswell
Monty Criswell grew up on the coast of Alabama and began his professional songwriting career in 1993, after graduating from the University of Alabama and passing on an acceptance to law school.  Monty is a two-time Grammy nominee for Country Song of The Year  (“I Saw God Today” and “Just Fishin’) and won the CMA Single of the Year award in 2008 (”I Saw God Today”).

In 2021, his Eric Church song “Hell Of A View” won the Music Row Awards Song of the Year award and received a CMA nomination for both song and single of the year.  Monty is also an ACM, Dove, Canadian CMA and People’s Choice Awards nominee. His songs have been featured on ESPN, ABC, The SEC Network, The Hallmark Channel, Netflix and the hit tv series Yellowstone. Monty’s had over 300 songs recorded over the span of his 32 year career as a full-time songwriter, having at least one #1 in each of the last three decades.

His songs have been recorded by such artists as Jake Owen, Kenny Chesney, Justin Moore, Brantley Gilbert, Chris Young, Darius Rucker, Eric Church, George Strait, Scotty McCreery, Tim McGraw, Josh Turner, Drake White, Riley Green, Breland, Parker McCollum, Dan Tyminski, Lainey Wilson, Luna Halo and Trace Adkins among others. On the most recent Trace Adkins album, several of Monty’s songs include collaborations between Trace, Luke Bryan, Pit Bull, Keb Mo’, Stevie Wonder and Snoop Dogg.

Hits include “Loving Every Minute” (Mark Wills), “Tough” (Craig Morgan), “Like Jesus Does,” “Hell of A View” (Eric Church), “I Saw God Today” (George Strait), “Just Fishin'” (Trace Adkins), “Five More Minutes,” “Fall of Summer” (Scotty McCreery), “Bottle Rockets” (Scotty McCreery/Hootie & The Blowfish), “Country’d Look Good On You” (Frank Ray) and “Handle On You” and “Killin’ Me”(Parker McCollum) among others.

Monty is also a Stage 3 Colon Cancer Survivor. Monty writes songs during the week for his publisher in Nashville while splitting duties performing for corporations all across the country with his life coach and songwriter shows “An Evening With Monty Criswell” and “88 Keys In 90 Minutes,” respectively. He is managed by Inkwell MGMT in Orlando, FL. He and his wife, DeNesha are proud supporters of the Vanderbilt Ingram Cancer Center in Nashville through their membership in Vanderbilt’s Canby Robinson Society.

Rodney Clawson
Rodney Clawson grew up on the family farm five miles west of Gruver, TX. He began traveling to Nashville, Tennessee to write songs and signed his first music publishing deal in 2000. In his twenty-four year career, Rodney has had songs recorded by George Strait, Jason Aldean, Kenny Chesney, Keith Urban, Morgan Wallen, Luke Bryan, Blake Shelton, Tim McGraw and many more. Rodney has twenty-four number one songs to his credit and has won multiple BMI songwriter of the year awards.

In 2023, Rodney was inducted into the Texas Songwriters Hall of Fame. Rodney currently resides in Sterling, Kansas with his wife Nicolle and their two kids, Charlie and Ford. Some of Rodney’s hits include “Crazy Town’ (Jason Aldean), Sure Be Cool If You Did (Blake Shelton), American Kids (Kenny Chesney) and Down To The Honkytonk (Jake Owen), just a name a few.

Tim Nichols
Tim Nichols is one of Nashville’s most accomplished and respected songwriters, with more than two dozen hits, a Grammy Award, a CMA Award, and two ACM Song of the Year honors. A member of the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame, Nichols has helped shape the sound of modern country music.

In 2004, alongside Craig Wiseman, Nichols wrote Tim McGraw’s iconic “Live Like You Were Dying,” a 10-week No. 1 that swept every major country music songwriting award.
His catalog includes career-defining hits like Jo Dee Messina’s “Heads Carolina, Tails California,” Dustin Lynch’s “Cowboys and Angels,” and Keith Whitley’s “I’m Over You” and “Brotherly Love.”

Nearly four decades into his career, Nichols continues to make an impact. In 2022, Cole Swindell’s “She Had Me At Heads Carolina” — a fresh take on Nichols’ original hit — spent five weeks at No. 1 and earned ACM Song of the Year. Most recently, Nichols co-wrote “I Never Lie” with Zach Top and Carson Chamberlain, marking Top’s first chart-topping single and earning CMA, ACM, and Grammy nominations.

Beyond songwriting, Nichols is deeply committed to the music community. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Country Music Association and currently sits on the board of the Nashville Songwriters Association International. He is also an active supporter of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital through events like The Warburton and The Rahm.
When he’s not writing on Music Row or performing, Nichols brings his hitmaking insights to keynote stages across the country — sharing lessons on creativity, collaboration, and teamwork that help organizations perform at the top of their game.

Jordan Gray
Jordan Gray is a Nashville-based country songwriter and artist originally from Lamar, South Carolina. Raised in a small town where hard work, family, and faith shaped his perspective, Gray developed a passion for storytelling at an early age. Those roots continue to influence his writing, blending authentic country tradition with a modern edge.

After relocating to Nashville to pursue songwriting full time, Gray quickly established himself as one of Music Row’s rising talents. Signed to Sea Gayle Music, he has earned cuts with artists including Walker Hayes, Jon Langston, Lily Rose, Jordan Fletcher, and most recently Shaboozey and Jelly Roll.

In 2026, Gray celebrated his first No. 1 song as a songwriter with “Amen,” recorded by Shaboozey featuring Jelly Roll. The emotionally charged anthem became a chart-topping hit and marked a defining milestone in his career, further establishing him as one of Nashville’s most exciting young writers. (Wikipedia)
