CloseAnyone interested in learning more about diabetes can attend our free support groups. We hold our groups in McLeod Medical Park – East, 101 Johns Street, Suite 290, Florence. Second Monday of the month (except November and December) from 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
With a physician’s referral and an appointment, you can participate in weekly outpatient diabetes education classes. We hold these at McLeod Medical Park East, 101 William H. Johnson Street, Suite 290.

We will be hosting an interest meeting so that interested persons can learn more about the McLeod Diabetes Prevention Program on October 10, 2019 from 5:30pm- 6:30pm in the McLeod Pavilion Conference Center large room. The interest meeting is free and open to those over the age of 18, who are non-pregnant, and at risk for type 2 diabetes or with prediabetes.
