41st Annual “A Light for Someone You Love”
Tree Lighting Ceremony benefiting McLeod Hospice

McLeod Hospice will celebrate the 40th Annual “A Light for Someone You Love” Tree Lighting Ceremony, presented by Signature Wealth Strategies, in Florence on December 5, 2026, at 5:45 p.m. The ceremony will be held at McLeod Regional Medical Center.

An annual fundraising event to support the McLeod Hospice program, this event is free and open to the public. Many of our families purchase a light in memory or honor of someone ($25 donation per light) as a way to provide support for this compassionate care. Names of those remembered are included in the printed program that evening.

Please be sure to include the name(s) of those you would like to remember as well as the name and address of anyone you would like to acknowledge of your gift.  Proceeds raised through the tree lighting will directly benefit McLeod Hospice.

“The Light for Someone You Love” program is sponsored by the McLeod Health Foundation to directly benefit McLeod Hospice.  Gifts represent the light of hope to McLeod Hospice patients and their families. McLeod Hospice serves patients in Chesterfield, Clarendon, Darlington, Dillon, Florence, Horry, Lee, Marion, Marlboro, Sumter and Williamsburg counties.
