Our staff is medically trained to assist in the areas of fitness and nutrition, and reduce your risk of disease. A variety of memberships are available.

    Due to COVID-19, the Center for Health & Fitness in Loris is taking the necessary precautions to protect its members and following the CDC guidelines.

    • Hours of operation Mon.-Thur. 6am-7pm, Fri. 6am-6pm, Sat. 8am-12pm, Closed on Sunday.
    • Members are encouraged to maintain a minimum of six feet apart for social distancing.
    • Basketball/Racquetball courts are open.
    • Group fitness classes have resumed on a modified schedule.
    • Shower and locker room areas are open.
    • The pool is open and aquatic fitness classes have resumed with sign up the day before.
    • Our fitness equipment is spaced out six feet apart or greater.
    • The staff continues to clean the fitness equipment throughout the day, however please be mindful of cleaning before and after use.
    • Hand sanitizer is provided for your safety and the safety of those around you.

    The staff of the Center for Health and Fitness will be cleaning equipment throughout the day but please be mindful of cleaning before and after you use equipment with frequent use of hand sanitizer provided for your safety and the safety of those around you.

  • Group Exercise Classes

    Group exercise classes are fun and a great way to motivate regular exercise. We offer a variety of courses led by trained aerobic instructors that are appropriate for all ages and fitness levels.

  • Personal Training

    Personal training is a series of one-on-one workouts designed to meet your needs and goals. You and your trainer determine how often you will meet. Training sessions may include cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, flexibility training, and/or aquatic exercise. Our personal trainers are available for 30- or 60-minute sessions.
