    McLeod Health Clarendon, formerly Clarendon Memorial Hospital, was founded in 1951 as the Clarendon Hospital District located in Manning, South Carolina, the county seat of Clarendon County. Clarendon County is a strong and close-knit community, and McLeod Health Clarendon is proud to serve residents with high-quality, compassionate healthcare close to home.

    In July 2016, McLeod Health in Florence, South Carolina, began operating Clarendon Health System to ensure the continued delivery of essential healthcare services and to expand access to care for Clarendon County residents.
