  • ASHLEY ATKINSON, OTR/L, CLT-LANA, WCC

    Occupational Therapist

    Ashley is the Outpatient Rehabilitation Supervisor for the physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech language pathology service lines. She graduated from Lenoir-Rhyne College in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy. Ashley’s clinical background includes specialization in oncology rehabilitation. She completed a Lymphedema Certification with the Academy of Lymphatic Studies in 2003, followed by a Wound Care Certification from the Wound Care Education Institute in 2008, and a certification by the Lymphology Association of North America in 2009. Ashley has been a part of the McLeod rehab team since 2001, and she joined McLeod Leadership in 2012.

  • CINDY BELK, MSOT, OTR/L

    Occupational Therapist

    Cindy is a 2002 graduate of the Medical University of South Carolina and began working with McLeod following graduation. Cindy is a certified hand therapist and has been working with the McLeod Occupational Therapy Hand Center since the fall of 2005.

  • PHILLIP BOYER, MOT, OTR/L

    Occupational Therapist

    Phillip graduated from the University of Utah in 2011 with a degree in occupational therapy. He has been with McLeod since 2016 and has worked in inpatient rehab for 6 years before coming to outpatient. He specializes in neurological disorders. When he’s not working, he enjoys traveling with his family and being outdoors.

    Occupational Therapist

    Beth is a 1979 graduate of the University of Kansas. She has been with the McLeod Occupational Therapy Hand Center since 1996. Beth has a varied professional background in inpatient and outpatient rehab, administration and teaching for specialized care in the outpatient setting. She has been treating hand and upper extremity injuries for more than 30 years.

  • BILLY WHITE, COTA/L, CEAS

    Occupational Therapist

    Billy is the Rehab Senior Therapist at McLeod Outpatient Rehab and Sports Medicine. He graduated from East Carolina University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Health and Fitness followed by graduating as an Occupational Therapist Assistant from Pitt Community College in 2012. He completed an Ergonomic Certification to become a Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist. Specialized training includes Pre and Post Offer Testing, upper extremity orthopedics, and Neonatal Intensive Care. Billy has been with McLeod since 2013.
