During the Ruiz Foods expansion announcement on July 11, Kim Ruiz Beck, Chairman of the Board, announced that Ruiz Foods will be making a $100,000 commitment to the McLeod Children’s Hospital showing their dedication and support for Florence County and the children treated at McLeod from the midlands to the coast.

Ruiz Foods is dedicated to public service and supporting the community. Their Ruiz 4 Kids and Ruiz Cares program are two ways they support local residents. Since their arrival in Florence in 2015, Ruiz Foods has made contributions to the McLeod Foundation in support of the Children’s Hospital and the McLeod Center for Cancer Treatment and Research.
