(3/07/12) – McLeod Health is pleased to announce that navigation at McLeod Regional Medical Center has now been made easier with the use of quick reference codes, commonly known as QR codes. A QR code has been placed in the Pavilion Tower lobby, the McLeod Tower lobby, and in the waiting area of the Emergency Department. McLeod Regional Medical Center is currently piloting this new technology

To use the QR code all you need is a smart phone (for example, an iPhone, Droid or Blackberry) that will allow you to download a barcode scanner, often these applications are free. You will simply use the barcode scanner to read the QR code, select your destination from the drop down menu, and follow the map to your desired destination.
