In honor of our commitment to our mission and four core values, please Nominate a McLeod Nurse for the Morning News’ Nurses: The Heart of Healthcare Program. The purpose of this program is to honor extraordinary nurses in our area who go above and beyond to deliver compassionate care.

How it works:
Anyone can nominate a nurse who has made a difference in their life or the life of a loved one during 2020.

You can submit nominations through March 17 by going to: http://scnow.secondstreetapp.com/Nurses-2021/.

After collecting nominations, an independent panel of judges will choose nine extraordinary nursing professionals as well as one winner chosen by public vote during March 18-25.

The ten honorees will be featured in a special section and online in honor of National Nurses Week on Sunday, May 9.

We encourage all our teams to participate in this effort. Help us share with the community that we believe in our nursing staff and that we are inspired by our patients and their families.
