(6/12/12) – McLeod Loris Seacoast is pleased to announce the addition of several physicians to its medical staff. 

Kimberly Kozak, DO, has cared for patients for more than 15 years, and has extensive experience in the medical and surgical treatment of diseases of the ear, nose and throat.  She is also able to provide her patients suffering from sinus disorders the benefits of non-invasive balloon sinuplasty.  Following medical school at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in East Lansing, Michigan, Dr. Kozak completed her residency at Oakland General Hospital in Madison Heights, Michigan.  Seacoast ENT & Facial Plastic Surgery provides a full complement of services including treatment of general adult/pediatric nasal and sinus disorders, voice and swallowing, facial and reconstructive surgery and disorders of the inner ear.  Dr. Kozak is board certified in Otolaryngology and Facial Plastic Surgery and is a member of the American Osteopathic College of Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery.  She is now seeing patients at her practice, Seacoast ENT & Facial Plastic Surgery located in Little River. 

Eric Young, MD and Kenneth Mincey, MD, board certified general surgeons, have joined Southern Surgical Associates.  Dr. Young received his medical degree from University of South Carolina, School of Medicine in Columbia.  He completed his surgical residency at Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY.  Dr. Young has practiced general surgery since 1998 and has extensive experience in minimally invasive surgical procedures, endoscopy and wound care.  

Dr. Mincey received his medical degree from and completed his surgical residency at Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston.  He is board certified in general surgery, a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the SC Chapter of American College of Surgeons.  Dr. Mincey has cared for patients in Horry County and neighboring Marion County since 1986.  Both Dr. Young and Dr. Mincey are seeing patients at their practice, Southern Surgical Associates, located in Loris and Little River.
