(4/24/2014) In recognition of National Physical Fitness and Sports Month, McLeod Seacoast and the North Myrtle Beach Aquatic & Fitness Center have partnered to offer Fit Club, a free health and fitness program, during the month of May at the North Myrtle Beach Park and Sports Complex.
Open to everyone age 13 years and older, the weekly sessions will feature a speaker from McLeod Seacoast, a 30 minute workout with a certified fitness instructor from North Myrtle Beach Aquatic & Fitness Center, and an optional free medical screening and one-on-one nutrition counseling with a registered dietician.
