Nicole Joyner-Powell, DO, joins the Department of Inpatient Medicine at McLeod Regional Medical Center as a Hospitalist. A native of North Carolina, Dr. Joyner-Powell is a 2020 graduate of the McLeod Family Medicine Residency Program.

Dr. Joyner-Powell received her undergraduate degree from Fayetteville State University and holds a Master of Science from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Prior to medical school, she worked as a science teacher and STEM programs coordinator for public schools in Durham, North Carolina.
