McLeod Health welcomes new physicians Dr. Jamie Driggers and Dr. Dierdre T. Young to the medical staff.

Jamie Driggers, DMD, joins the practice of McLeod Family Medicine Center offering comprehensive overall healthcare for patients with a dental and oral hygiene program. In addition to caring for patients, Dr. Driggers will serve as a faculty member for the McLeod Family Medicine Residency Program.

Prior to joining McLeod, Dr. Driggers served as an instructor for the dental program at Florence-Darlington Technical College as well as a General Dentist with the Pee Dee Dental Group in Florence. She earned her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2008.

“Dentistry has always been more than a career to me – it is a passion,” said Dr. Driggers. “The passion comes from helping others, in watching the transformation to better dental health. To see the dental world and medical world coming together to treat patients in overall comprehensive health is a huge stride for patient care. I am excited to be a part of this endeavor.”
