McLeod Health Foundation Announces New Board Members

 (5/17/2013) The McLeod Health Foundation announces the addition of two new board members. Alice Marlowe of Loris and Reverend Charles Randall of Little River have both been appointed to the board.

Comprised of 26 members, including 6 physicians, the McLeod Foundation Board governs the Foundation and makes grants in support of programs and services of McLeod Health that directly impact patient care.

Alice Marlowe is a retired educator from Loris, SC. At the time of her retirement, she was the Director of Adult Education for Horry County Schools. She is a longtime member of Loris First United Methodist Church, where she has served in various positions; she is also an active member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and the Colonial Dames of the 17th Century.  She is married to John Marlowe and is the mother of two children.

Rev. Charles Randall is the pastor of St. Delight Pentecostal Church in Little River, SC. He is also the founder and presiding Bishop of Saint Delight Association of Independent Ministries.  He is actively involved with the Little River Chamber of Commerce and Little River Rotary Club. He is married to Doretha Randall of Little River and they have two children.

The McLeod Foundation was established in 1986 as an independent not for profit tax exempt charitable organization whose mission is to generate philanthropic and community support to perpetuate medical excellence at McLeod Health.
