McLeod Health Cheraw recently presented its second Patient Experience Improvement Award to the Nutrition Services Department. This quarterly award is presented to the team with noteworthy achievements and or improvements to be recognized for that quarter.

Nutrition Services was chosen for this award due to their outstanding patient satisfaction scores this year and the noted improvement with direct patient feedback during leadership rounding. Leadership is now repeatedly bringing up the positive comments patients are sharing about the overall experience with food services from the improved flavor of food to the positive interactions with the Nutrition staff. McLeod Health Cheraw is truly thankful for this team and all they do each and every day not only for our patients but for our hospital team as well.
