McLeod Fellows Visit Heart & Vascular Institute

In recognition of American Heart Month, the McLeod Fellows Class of 2017-18 toured the McLeod Heart & Vascular Institute on Tuesday, February 13, as part of their monthly programs at McLeod Regional Medical Center. Their tour included visits to the Cardiac Catheterization Lab, the Electrophysiology Lab, the Hybrid OR and the Open Heart Surgical Suite.

These community leaders also heard presentations from Interventional Cardiologist Dr. Alan Blaker; Electrophysiologist Dr. Rajesh Malik; Vascular Surgeon Dr. Carmen Piccolo and Cardiothoracic Surgeon Dr. Scot Shultz.
