McLeod Health is continuing its commitment to strengthening the region’s healthcare workforce through a $25,000 contribution to Central Carolina Technical College (CCTC). The gift will support the college’s nursing education programs and help prepare students to meet the growing need for qualified health care professionals.

“Preparing the next generation of nurses is essential to ensuring patients continue to receive safe, compassionate and high-quality care,” said Denise Allison, Chief Nursing Officer for McLeod Health Clarendon. “By supporting nursing education at Central Carolina Technical College, we are helping students develop the knowledge and skills they need to serve patients throughout our region.

“Our nurses play a tremendous role in fulfilling the McLeod Health mission of improving the health and well-being of the communities we serve,” Allison added. “Their expertise, leadership and dedication allow our hospitals to provide excellent care while operating safely and efficiently.”

McLeod Health Clarendon Chief Executive Officer Scott Adams said the contribution reflects the organization’s commitment to both education and the local community.
