If You Are 65 and Older

McLEOD REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER 29 OCTOBER 2020

It is important for individuals that are 65+ years old, or have heart disease, diabetes or a weakened immune system, to receive a flu vaccination.

Individuals with these conditions are six times more likely to have a heart attack, according to the American Heart Association.

A flu vaccine only takes a few minutes and is administered with COVID-19 safety precautions.
