(11/24/10) – The Holiday Fit Fest at McLeod Health and Fitness Center will be held on Saturday, December 4. The event is free for both non-members and members of the McLeod Health and Fitness Center. Activities will include: 9:00 a.m. Yoga, 10:00 a.m. Zumba Class on the Lawn, 11:15 a.m. Boot Camp, and an 11:15 a.m. Rail Trail Walk. There will also be activities for kids ages 8 to 12, tours of the McLeod Health and Fitness Center, and a special membership promotion for those in attendance.
