(8/10/10) – McLeod Physician Associates is pleased to announce that Constance Lynne Belissary Maroney, M.D., has joined McLeod Senior Health Associates.
Dr. Maroney comes to McLeod Senior Health Associates from Doctors Care in North Myrtle Beach, where she has practiced for the last three years. Dr. Maroney graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) with a Doctor of Medicine degree. She completed two years of Internal Medicine training at Virginia Commonwealth University Medical Center in Richmond, Virginia, and completed her Internal Medicine residency at St. Vincent’s Catholic Medical Center in Staten Island, New York. Dr. Maroney is board-certified in Internal Medicine.

"I am excited to care for new patients at McLeod Senior Health Associates," said Dr. Maroney. "Adult and senior health care is my passion, and I look forward to establishing relationships with patients and their families in this region.

"Additionally, I am very excited to be returning "home" as I grew up in Darlington and still have family in this area," she added.

McLeod Senior Health Associates is a new McLeod Physician Associates Internal Medicine practice. Dr. Maroney and McLeod Senior Health Associates staff care for patients 55 years of age and older, for well visits, illnesses or chronic conditions.
