An Evening of Hope supporting the HOPE Fund at the McLeod Centers for Cancer Treatment and Research will take place on Thursday, September 24, 2025, at 6 p.m. at the Francis Marion University Performing Arts Center. The presenting sponsor for the McLeod Health Foundation’s 27th Annual Cancer Benefit is Harbor Freight Tools Foundation, LLC.
A strolling dinner and cocktail hour at 6 p.m. will begin the evening followed at 7 p.m. by stories of hope from our courageous survivors, Cely Anne Brigman, Twig Chestnut, Jamie Dyce, Calvin Smith and Sarah Stephens and musical entertainment provided by a talented group of performers who will uplift spirits and enhance the message of hope. Performers for the evening will include Jerinda Davis and the cast of Sister Act from Florence Little Theatre; Andrew Poston; Kristen Hardaway; Cole Davis & Band; Landon Reynolds; Stephen King; and The cast of Six from South Florence High School.
Benefiting the HOPE (Helping Oncology Patients Everyday) Fund, this event has helped thousands of patients with needs such as transportation, medications, nutrition, and unique personal financial struggles requiring immediate assistance since 2014.
