An Evening of Hope supporting the HOPE Fund at the McLeod Center for Cancer Treatment and Research was held on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at the Francis Marion University Performing Arts Center. The presenting sponsor for the McLeod Health Foundation’s 27th Annual Cancer Benefit was Harbor Freight Tools Foundation.

Benefiting the HOPE (Helping Oncology Patients Everyday) Fund, the event is supported by donors and sponsors who have helped thousands of patients with needs such as transportation, medications, nutrition, and unique personal financial struggles requiring immediate assistance since 2014.

Featured Cancer Survivors included Cely Anne Brigman, Twig Chestnut, Jamie Dyce, Calvin Smith and Sarah Stephens. In addition, performances were delivered by entertainers Jerinda Davis; Andrew Poston; Kristen Hardaway; Cole Davis & Band; Landon Reynolds; Stephen King; and The cast of Six from South Florence High School.
