Jordyn Herring, RN, with McLeod Health Loris Emergency Department, was recently presented a DAISY Award for outstanding service and care. She was nominated for her professionalism and caring heart. 

“Jordyn consistently demonstrated a deep understanding of patient needs, going above and beyond to ensure comfort and well-being for my mother,” said a patient’s family member. “Jordyn has unwavering compassion, and a smile and personality that says it all.”

DAISY award winners at McLeod Health are nominated by patients, family members and co-workers. The award is part of the DAISY Foundation’s program to recognize the super-human efforts nurses perform every day.
