McLeod Health welcomes new physicians Matt Cooper, MD, and Srinivasa Kamatam, MD, to the medical staff of McLeod Regional Medical Center.

Emergency Medicine Physician Dr. Cooper is caring for patients in the Emergency Department of McLeod Regional Medical Center. He received his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2016, and joins McLeod following the completion of his Emergency Medicine Residency at the University of Louisville Hospital, Louisville, Kentucky.

Dr. Kamatam joins the Hospitalists team of McLeod Regional Medical Center. Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Dr. Kamatam received his medical degree (MBBS) from Gandhi Medical College, Hyderabad, India in 2009. He completed his Internal Medicine residency in 2016 at Wayne State University/Detroit Medical Center, and comes to McLeod following three years on medical staff as a Hospitalist at Carolinas Hospital System/MUSC Florence Medical Center.
