    Physical Therapist

    Russell is a 1989 graduate of Emilio Aguinaldo College of the Philippines. Russell’s clinical background is in skilled nursing home rehab, acute care, and outpatient therapies. He has specialized training in the McKenzie approach for spine and extremities, vertigo, and manual treatment of the neck, back, and SI joints. Russell’s professional interests include geriatric issues, spine mobilization and treatment, vestibular rehab, and treatment of neurologic conditions. Russell has been a team member at McLeod Rehab since 2005.

  • HARRIET JEFFORDS, PT

    Physical Therapist

    Harriet is the Director of Rehabilitation Services at McLeod Regional Medical Center. She is a 1985 graduate of the Medical University of South Carolina and received a Masters in Health Services Administration also from the MUSC in 1990. Harriet’s varied clinical background includes acute care, inpatient rehab focusing on spinal cord injury, and outpatient orthopedics. Specialized training includes dry needling, Maitland Mobilizations, CranioSacral, Jones Strain/Counterstrain, taping, complex shoulders and McKenzie Low Back techniques. Harriet’s professional interests include therapy of the spine and shoulders and other orthopedic problems. Harriet has been treating patients at McLeod since 1989.

  • SHAUNA DAVIS KRAWIEC, PT

    Physical Therapist

    Shauna received her Masters in Physical Therapy from University of New England in Maine in 2001. Her clinical background includes inpatient and outpatient rehab as well as sports medicine. She has specialized training in muscle energy techniques, dry needling, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, pre and post natal care and oncology rehab. Shauna is McLeod’s Cancer Rehabilitation Coordinator.

  • DEBORAH RHODES, PT

    Physical Therapist

    Deb is a 1992 graduate of University of New England. Her clinical background includes inpatient rehab, acute care, and extensive experience in outpatient rehabilitation. She has specialized training in Vestibular Rehab and is a certified Bioness therapist. Her professional interests include shoulder rehab, low back pain, balance retraining, amputee rehabilitation, and functional capacity evaluations. Deb joined McLeod in 2012.

  • JESSICA POSTON, PT, DPT

    Physical Therapist

    Jessica is a 2010 graduate of the Medical University of South Carolina. She has experience working in acute inpatient rehabilitation, acute care and outpatient rehabilitation settings. She has been trained in Integrative Dry Needling and has specialized training in Parkinson’s rehabilitation. She has special interests in neurological rehabilitation including stroke, Parkinson’s and balance retraining. She has been a member of the McLeod Rehab team since 2013.

    Physical Therapy Assistant

    Terressa is a 1997graduate of Greenville Technical College. Terri’s clinical background includes acute care rehab, outpatient rehab, and specialized training in Aquatic Therapy, geriatric rehab, ankle rehab, and spinal cord injury. Terri’s special interests include shoulder, ankle, and geriatric rehab. Terri has been with McLeod since 1987.

  • JEAN FLOHR, PTA

    Physical Therapy Assistant

    Jean received her Associates degree from Trident Technical College in North Charleston in 1994. With a career spanning two decades, Jean has worked at Mcleod Health since 2007. She has been allowed many educational opportunities specifically for pelvic floor issues affecting men and women. She incorporates exercise, manual therapy and patient education into her treatments. She has specific training for treating patients with urinary and bowel incontinence, constipation, sacroiliac joint dysfunction, symptoms post-prostatectomy and from other cancer treatments.

    Tori is a 2017 graduate of Greenville Technical College where she received her associate’s degree. Tori’s clinical background include outpatient/inpatient rehab and aquatic therapy with special interests in general weakness, amputations, and balance rehabilitation. Tori is a proud, new team member of McLeod Outpatient Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine since August of 2018, where she is pursuing her career with many educational opportunities.
