McLeod Health welcomes Clare Reinhardt, MD, and Paul J. Weatherby, MD, to the medical staff.

Dr. Clare Reinhardt has joined McLeod Primary Care Sunset Beach. Board Certified in Family Medicine, Dr. Reinhardt brings her passion for science, wellness, and compassionate care to patients of all ages. She earned her medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, PA, and completed her residency training at Christiana Care Health System in Wilmington, NC. From an early age, she felt called to medicine — beginning as a hospital volunteer — which shaped her lifelong commitment to helping others. Dr. Reinhardt enjoys the full scope of family medicine, with a particular interest in health promotion, disease prevention, and building lasting relationships with her patients. Dr. Paul J. Weatherby, a Foot and Ankle Specialist, performs surgeries and procedures at McLeod Regional Medical Center in practice with McLeod Orthopaedics. He earned his Medical Degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston in 2019, where he also completed his Orthopedic Surgery Residency in 2024. In 2025, he completed a Fellowship in Foot and Ankle Surgery at Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. A member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery, the American Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Society, and the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society, Dr. Weatherby provides care for the full spectrum of foot and ankle needs, including minimally invasive bunion correction, Achilles repair, ankle arthroscopy, ankle ligament reconstruction, ankle replacement and fusion, fracture repair, hammertoe correction, and Morton’s neuroma procedures.
