  • CHRISSY CROWE, PT, ATC

    Physical Therapist

    Chrissy is a 2002 graduate of Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biological Sciences with a concentration in Athletic Training. She received her certification as an Athletic Trainer in 2003. In 2004, Chrissy earned her Master of Physical Therapy degree from Andrews University in Dayton, Ohio. Her clinical interests and specializations include general outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, post-operative rehabilitation, Sacroiliac Joint Dysfunction and TMJ. Chrissy is certified by TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) and enjoys working with the golf community. Chrissy worked as a Physical Therapist for the University of Dayton where she provided all post-operative and sports medicine rehabilitation to the Division 1 athletes. Chrissy moved to Myrtle Beach in 2015 and enjoys spending time with her two Labrador retrievers, living an active lifestyle, and following collegiate athletics. Chrissy joined the McLeod Health in August 2020.

  • ELLEN DeSTEFANO, PT

    Physical Therapist

    Ellen DeStefano was born and raised in Hammonton, NJ. She graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2016 from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, PA. After graduating, Ellen worked in an outpatient physical therapy office as well as an adult day care center, treating patients from teenagers to adults for an array of neurological conditions. Ellen has experience in treating patients with chronic back pain, debilitating conditions (Lupus, Lyme, Fibromyalgia, etc.) and stroke. In her spare time, she enjoys painting, photography and her pet turtle.

  • AMANDA L. HORTON, PT, DPT, CLT

    Physical Therapist

    Amanda received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from The Medical University of South Carolina in 2012. Amanda is certified in the treatment of Lymphedema and has specialized training in trigger point dry needling. Amanda has provided services in a variety of settings including outpatient rehabilitation and aquatic therapy. Amanda has been a member of McLeod Loris Seacoast since 2012.

  • HAILEY HYMAS, PT, DPT

    Physical Therapist

    Hailey Hymas graduated from Nova Southeastern University, Tampa, FL. She started her journey as a Physical Therapy Aide at McLeod Loris Hospital in 2008. She then received her Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) degree from Horry Georgetown Technical College in 2011. She worked as a PTA at McLeod Seacoast from 2012 – 2014. Hailey received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree in 2018. The drive to go back and get her DPT came from the passion of the Physical Therapy field and furthering her education and knowledge in order to better serve her patients. Hailey has 10 years of experience both in the inpatient and outpatient setting. Hailey also has her Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion from Coastal Carolina 2005-2009. Her passion in patients’ overall health and physical health serves to get them back to doing what they love and improving their quality of life.

  • JESSICA JACKSON, PT, DPT

    Physical Therapist

    Jessica received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2010 at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY. Jessica is a certified stroke rehabilitation specialist and a certified kinesiotape practitioner. She is also certified in the selective functional movement assessment (SFMA). She has a passion for treating orthopedic and neurological conditions in teen, adult, and geriatric populations, to help each person participate in their daily and recreational activities with less pain and debility. Jessica joined the rehabilitation team at McLeod Loris Seacoast in June of 2012.

  • BRADLEY KENNEDY, PT, DPT, OCS, MTC, Cert DN

    Physical Therapist

    Bradly Kennedy graduated from Lynchburg College with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2014. In the past few years, Brad has spent much of his personal time on growth and professional development with the diagnosis and treatment of orthopedic patients in home health and outpatient settings. Brad received his Manual Therapy Certification from EIM in 2019 and became an Orthopedic Certified Specialist in 2020. He is certified in Dry Needling and is a Certified Rocktape Provider. Brad is currently enrolled in the Bellin College’s Orthopedic and Manual Physical Therapy Program as a Fellow-In-Training. Brad lives in Myrtle Beach with his wife and daughter.

  • COREEN KONOPKA, PT, OCS, CMPT

    Physical Therapist

    Coreen is a 1999 graduate of Quinnipiac University. Coreen’s clinical background is in general outpatient rehabilitation. She received her certification in Manual Physical Therapy from NAIOMT in 2009 and was board certified in orthopedics from ABSPT in 2011. Coreen has been practicing dry needling since 2015. Professional interests include orthopedics, joint replacements, sports injuries and neck/lower back pain. Coreen serves in a supervisory role on the rehabilitation leadership team. Coreen has been a team member at McLeod Loris Seacoast since 2004.

  • ABBEY LAUVER, PT, DPT

    Physical Therapist

    Abbey is from Toledo, OH, and graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Toledo in 2017. She moved with her husband to South Carolina after graduation where she practiced as an outpatient therapist in Myrtle Beach.
    Abbey joined McLeod Health in April 2020, and treats a variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions in patients that range from teenagers to older adults. She is currently Level 1 and Level 2 Dry Needling certified through the Institute of Advanced Musculoskeletal Treatments.
    Abbey is actively involved with the American Physical Therapy Association and serves as the co-chair of the Grand Strand District. When she is not working, her hobbies include hiking, camping, reading, and playing with her two dogs Rocksy and Tucker.

  • VAUGHN MOORE, PT, DPT

    Physical Therapist

    Vaughn Moore graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from East Carolina University in 2015. She attended UNC Charlotte for her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science and became a certified Health Fitness Specialist prior to attending graduate school. Vaughn’s clinical experience includes outpatient and aquatic physical therapy, treating a variety of orthopedic, neurologic and vestibular diagnoses. She also has experience in inpatient physical therapy at a skilled nursing facility. Her professional interests and continuing education include various orthopedic, neurologic, and post-partum conditions. She is a certified LSVT BIG therapist for the treatment of Parkinson Disease and a certified clinical instructor for APTA. She joined the McLeod Seacoast team in 2017.

  • SHELLEY SZABO, PT, DPT

    Physical Therapist

    Shelley is a graduate of Elon University where she received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She attended Ohio State University for her undergraduate work. Shelley’s clinical career began at the Cleveland Clinic where she specialized in treating critically ill patients in the ICU. Shelley is a certified stroke rehabilitation specialist, certified kinesiotape practitioner and certified LSVT clinician. She has been a member of McLeod Loris Seacoast since 2011.

  • MEGAN TEETERS, PT, DPT

    Physical Therapist

    Megan received her Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Evansville in 2006. After graduation, Megan continued her studies at the University of St. Augustine, receiving her doctorate in Physical Therapy.
    Megan comes to McLeod Health with experience in outpatient hospital rehabilitation. Her experience includes patients with orthopedic deficits, vestibular dysfunction, gait and balance disorders, lower back pain, sports injuries, workers compensation injuries, neurological disorders, and chronic pain associated with women’s health. In 2015, Megan moved to the Myrtle Beach area and worked as a clinic director in a private practice outpatient rehabilitation facility. Megan joined the McLeod Health in August 2020. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, and going to the beach.
