  • Casey Garavito, PT, DPT

    Physical Therapist

    Casey graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2012 from American International College in Springfield, Massachusetts. She also holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Exercise Science and Sports Medicine. Casey has spent the majority of her career working in an outpatient setting treating a wide array of diagnoses including sports related injuries, pediatric pathologies, orthopedic, post-surgical and neurological patients, vestibular dysfunction and balance and fall risk in patients ranging from newborns to geriatrics. Casey is also a credentialed clinical instructor through the American Physical Therapy Association. Casey joined the McLeod Loris Seacoast team in 2017 and has started to expand her skill set in her new position to include aquatic rehabilitation and acute care physical therapy.

  • Amanda L. Horton, PT, DPT, CLT

    Physical Therapist

    Amanda received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from The Medical University of South Carolina in 2012. Amanda is certified in the treatment of Lymphedema and has specialized training in trigger point dry needling. Amanda has provided services in a variety of settings including outpatient rehabilitation and aquatic therapy. Amanda has been a member of McLeod Loris Seacoast since 2012.

  • Jessica Jackson, PT, DPT

    Physical Therapist

    Jessica received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2010 at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY. Jessica is a certified stroke rehabilitation specialist and a certified kinesiotape practitioner. She is also certified in the selective functional movement assessment (SFMA). She has a passion for treating orthopedic and neurological conditions in teen, adult, and geriatric populations, to help each person participate in their daily and recreational activities with less pain and debility. Jessica joined the rehabilitation team at McLeod Loris Seacoast in June of 2012.

  • Deborah Jones, PT, BS

    Physical Therapist

    Deborah is a 1981 graduate of Allied Health Science Physical Therapy Program at the Medical University of South Carolina. Deborah’s clinical background is in outpatient rehabilitation, including orthopedics, neurology, chronic pain, geriatrics, and aquatics. Deborah’s professional interests include women’ health and cancer. Deborah has been a team member at McLeod Loris Seacoast since 2006.

  • Coreen Konopka, PT, OCS, CMPT

    Physical Therapist

    Coreen is a 1999 graduate of Quinnipiac University. Coreen’s clinical background is in general outpatient rehabilitation. She received her certification in Manual Physical Therapy from NAIOMT in 2009 and was board certified in orthopedics from ABSPT in 2011. Coreen has been practicing dry needling since 2015. Professional interests include orthopedics, joint replacements, sports injuries and neck/lower back pain. Coreen serves in a supervisory role on the rehabilitation leadership team. Coreen has been a team member at McLeod Loris Seacoast since 2004.

  • Elizabeth Rose, PT, DPT

    Physical Therapist

    Elizabeth is a 2002 graduate of Duke Medical University, Doctorate of Physical Therapy Graduate program. Elizabeth’s clinical background is in outpatient rehabilitation where she has specialized training in the following: aquatic therapy, manual therapy, pulmonary and cancer rehabilitation. Elizabeth’s professional background includes supervision and management, program development and electronic medical record development. Elizabeth has been with McLeod Health since 2007.

  • Shelley Szabo, PT, DPT

    Physical Therapist

    Shelley is a graduate of Elon University where she received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She attended Ohio State University for her undergraduate work. Shelley’s clinical career began at the Cleveland Clinic where she specialized in treating critically ill patients in the ICU. Shelley is a certified stroke rehabilitation specialist, certified kinesiotape practitioner and certified LSVT clinician. She has been a member of McLeod Loris Seacoast since 2011.

  • Camila Tepper, PT, DPT

    Physical Therapist

    Camila graduated with her Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy in 2010 from New York Institute of Technology, located on Long Island, NY. Camila’s clinical background includes five years in an acute care setting at Winthrop University Hospital, working with patients ranging from neo-natal to geriatrics during hospitalizations for various conditions such as joint replacements, strokes, and cardiac surgery. Camila gained additional clinical experience in a home health care setting for South Nassau Communities Hospital and a sports-based orthopedic clinic located on Long Island, NY. Camila was an adjunct professor for the Physical Therapy program at New York Institute of Technology and is currently an adjunct professor in the Physical Therapy Assistant program at Horry-Georgetown Technical College. She has specialized training in intramuscular dry needling techniques and vestibular rehabilitation. Camila’s professional interests include aquatic therapy, teaching, and manual therapy techniques to treat knee, shoulder, neck, and back pain. Camila has been a team member at McLeod Loris Seacoast since 2015.

  • Corey Winn, PT, DPT

    Physical Therapist

    Corey is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She attended North Carolina State University for her undergraduate work. Corey’s clinical background includes working in inpatient rehabilitation settings, treating patients with involved neurological injuries and wheelchair seating evaluation and assessment. Corey is also highly trained in the outpatient setting. She has specialized training in the McKenzie Method for treatment of neck and low back problems, a certified LSVT BIG clinician for the treatment of Parkinson’s Disease, and a certified Sportsmetrics clinician specializing in ACL-injury prevention in female athletes. She has been a member of McLeod Loris Seacoast since 2016.

  • Cassie Woodrow, PT, DPT

    Cassie is a 2014 Doctorate of Physical Therapy graduate of Shenandoah University. Cassie’s clinical background is in health and exercise science. Cassie’s professional interests include orthopedics, geriatrics and neurology. Cassie has been a team member at McLeod Seacoast since March 2016.
