  • AMANDA L. HORTON, PT, DPT, CLT

    Physical Therapist

    Amanda received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from The Medical University of South Carolina in 2012. Amanda is certified in the treatment of Lymphedema and has specialized training in trigger point dry needling. Amanda has provided services in a variety of settings including outpatient rehabilitation and aquatic therapy. Amanda has been a member of McLeod Loris Seacoast since 2012.

  • HAILEY HYMAS, PT, DPT

    Physical Therapist

    Hailey Hymas graduated from Nova Southeastern University, Tampa, FL. She started her journey as a Physical Therapy Aide at McLeod Loris Hospital in 2008. She then received her Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) degree from Horry Georgetown Technical College in 2011. She worked as a PTA at McLeod Seacoast from 2012 – 2014. Hailey received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree in 2018. The drive to go back and get her DPT came from the passion of the Physical Therapy field and furthering her education and knowledge in order to better serve her patients. Hailey has 10 years of experience both in the inpatient and outpatient setting. Hailey also has her Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion from Coastal Carolina 2005-2009. Her passion in patients’ overall health and physical health serves to get them back to doing what they love and improving their quality of life.

  • JESSICA JACKSON, PT, DPT

    Physical Therapist

    Jessica received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2010 at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY. Jessica is a certified stroke rehabilitation specialist and a certified kinesiotape practitioner. She is also certified in the selective functional movement assessment (SFMA). She has a passion for treating orthopedic and neurological conditions in teen, adult, and geriatric populations, to help each person participate in their daily and recreational activities with less pain and debility. Jessica joined the rehabilitation team at McLeod Loris Seacoast in June of 2012.

  • DEBORAH JONES, PT, BS

    Physical Therapist

    Deborah is a 1981 graduate of Allied Health Science Physical Therapy Program at the Medical University of South Carolina. Deborah’s clinical background is in outpatient rehabilitation, including orthopedics, neurology, chronic pain, geriatrics, and aquatics. Deborah’s professional interests include women’ health and cancer. Deborah has been a team member at McLeod Loris Seacoast since 2006.

  • COREEN KONOPKA, PT, OCS, CMPT

    Physical Therapist

    Coreen is a 1999 graduate of Quinnipiac University. Coreen’s clinical background is in general outpatient rehabilitation. She received her certification in Manual Physical Therapy from NAIOMT in 2009 and was board certified in orthopedics from ABSPT in 2011. Coreen has been practicing dry needling since 2015. Professional interests include orthopedics, joint replacements, sports injuries and neck/lower back pain. Coreen serves in a supervisory role on the rehabilitation leadership team. Coreen has been a team member at McLeod Loris Seacoast since 2004.

  • VAUGHN MOORE, PT, DPT

    Physical Therapist

    Vaughn Moore graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from East Carolina University in 2015. She attended UNC Charlotte for her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science and became a certified Health Fitness Specialist prior to attending graduate school. Vaughn’s clinical experience includes outpatient and aquatic physical therapy, treating a variety of orthopedic, neurologic and vestibular diagnoses. She also has experience in inpatient physical therapy at a skilled nursing facility. Her professional interests and continuing education include various orthopedic, neurologic, and post-partum conditions. She is a certified LSVT BIG therapist for the treatment of Parkinson Disease and a certified clinical instructor for APTA. She joined the McLeod Seacoast team in 2017.

  • SHELLEY SZABO, PT, DPT

    Physical Therapist

    Shelley is a graduate of Elon University where she received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She attended Ohio State University for her undergraduate work. Shelley’s clinical career began at the Cleveland Clinic where she specialized in treating critically ill patients in the ICU. Shelley is a certified stroke rehabilitation specialist, certified kinesiotape practitioner and certified LSVT clinician. She has been a member of McLeod Loris Seacoast since 2011.
