More than 100 McLeod Health Seacoast, McLeod Health Loris and McLeod Health Carolina Forest Volunteers were honored on Friday, April 24, at the Bay Watch Resort and Conference Center in North Myrtle Beach for serving McLeod Health in a volunteer capacity.

Dedicated volunteers work in various areas of our hospitals, donating hundreds of hours each month. Volunteers serve at reception desks, critical care waiting areas, gift shops and many other departments.

Many McLeod Health leaders honored the volunteers. Several therapy dogs that volunteer were also in attendance.

This year, the Volunteer of the Year award winners included:
