(4/21/11) – On Monday, April 18, the new McLeod Heart & Vascular Institute opened in the McLeod Tower. With this opening, the CV Recovery Department has relocated to their new permanent residence inside the Heart & Vascular Institute.

In conjunction with the opening of the Heart & Vascular Institute, renovations to the McLeod Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) will also begin. During the renovations, the CVICU has temporarily relocated to the new Heart & Vascular Institute.

The relocation of CVICU to the Heart & Vascular Institute is expected to last into October.
