(5/29/2013) Emergency Medical Services (EMS) is a vital public service to every community. EMS teams are ready to provide lifesaving care to those in need 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  In recognition of Emergency Medical Services week, McLeod Loris Seacoast presented gifts to local paramedics and firefighters throughout the week.

 Whether career or volunteer, these men and women engage in thousands of hours of specialized training to enhance their lifesaving skills in order to serve our community and save lives.  Emergency physicians, nurses, and medical technicians work together with these first responders to provide quality emergency care to the public.
