McLeod Health welcomes new physicians Cyrus I. Kocherla, MD, and Allie Whitley, DO, to the Medical Staff.

Dr. Kocherla is a Cardiologist and Electrophysiologist who joins McLeod Health after completing a two-year advanced fellowship in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City, Iowa. He will care for patients at McLeod Cardiology Associates, a practice of 21 physicians with offices in Florence, Hartsville, Cheraw, Little River, Manning, Myrtle Beach, Loris, and Sumter. A second-generation physician, Dr. Kocherla is excited for the opportunity to serve patients who have electrophysiology needs in the region. Dr. Whitley joins McLeod Health from Southern Regional AHEC in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Dr. Whitley treats patients in all stages of life. Some of her specialties include women’s health and diabetes management. In her spare time, Dr. Whitley enjoys being active, hiking, playing basketball, going to the beach and spending time with her cat, Dolly Parton.
