Join McLeod Health for the American Heart Association’s Heart & Stroke Walks on Saturday, October 20. The Waccamaw Area Heart Walk will be held at North Myrtle Beach Park & Sports Complex and the Pee Dee Heart Walk will take place in Downtown Florence.

The Heart Walk is an American Heart Association signature event that blends the benefits of physical activity, community involvement and personal giving to fight the devastation of cardiovascular disease and stroke.

Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. for the both the Waccamaw event and the Pee Dee Walk at the FMU Performing Arts Center in Florence. The walks will begin at 10 a.m. and will be held rain or shine.
