Local Musicians Entertain Visitors at McLeod for the Holidays

22 DECEMBER 2017

The Department of Volunteer Services at McLeod Regional Medical Center has arranged for musicians from the community to entertain staff and visitors with Joyful Sounds of the Season.

Musicians began offering music during the lunch hour on December 4 with Shelley Westfall performing. Other local performers who are playing through December 28th include: Cole Davis, Alonzo Davis, Lauren and Claire Fox and Zak and Ethan Chen. Jim Hepler, Robin Thompson, the students of the Florence Piano Teachers Association and students under the direction of Susan Hiltibidal have also performed this month.

The Grand Piano being played by many of the local musicians was donated by Dr. Andrew Rhea in memory of his son, William Rhea.

All are welcome to stop by the piano on the McLeod Concourse near the McLeod Center for Intensive Care entrance and listen to some of your holiday favorites.
