The McLeod Diabetes Center Extends Its Care Into the Dillon Community

Providing one-on-one appointments and group sessions, the education programs offered by the McLeod Diabetes Center help people self-manage their diabetes to prevent or lessen complications, such as kidney and heart disease. Through these programs, people learn how to manage their diet and life style to reduce the effects of diabetes. A physician's referral/order is required to see patients at the McLeod Diabetes Center at McLeod Dillon.
