  • Request Rx refills
  • Download some medical records

How do I get registered for the McLeod Physician Practice Patient Portal (Healow)?

Call your McLeod Physicians Associate (MPA) providers practice. They will ask for your email address and send you a portal invite to that email address with instructions. If you did not receive the invite, check your emails “spam” folder.

What if I forget my Username and/or Password?

The Account Recovery Help will assist with your username and password needs.

Can I view my hospital records from the McLeod Physician Practice Patient Portal (Healow)?

No, this Patient Portal is for McLeod Physician Associates (MPA) practices only. To obtain your hospital electronic medical records click here.

Can I pay bills from the McLeod Physician Practice Patient Portal (Healow)?

You cannot do any bill pay from the patient portal nor view any type of ambulatory monetary balance at this time.

When will my lab results post to the portal?

Once your provider reviews your lab results the information will publish to your portal account.

Can I add more than one account to my McLeod Physician Practice Patient Portal (Healow)?

Yes, you can add a spouse and/or a child’s account. Once you have signed up, go into the settings, then go to My Accounts. From there you can link another account to yours. You will need the username and password of the other person(s) to complete this process.
