  Mr. Campbell is an attorney with Turner Padget Graham & Laney. He joined the McLeod Foundation Board as a Trustee in 2016. He serves on the Foundation Finance and Investment Committee and is a member of the McLeod Fellows Class of 2016.

  ROBERT H. SASSER, III

  Vice Chair - Florence

  Mr. Sasser is the Managing Director of Crescent Advisory Partners of Raymond James. He joined the McLeod Foundation Board as a Trustee in 2019. Mr. Sasser serves on the Foundation Finance and Investment Committee and the Foundation Governance/Planning Committee. He is a member of the McLeod Fellows Class of 2019. Mr. Sasser and his wife, Daryn, are members of the Dr. F. H. McLeod Legacy Society.

  JARROD B. TIPPINS, PharmD

  Treasurer - Florence

  Dr. Tippins is the owner of THE Pharmacy in Florence, SC. He joined the McLeod Foundation Board as a Trustee in 2021 and serves as Chair of the Foundation Finance and Investment Committee. Dr. Tippins is a graduate of the McLeod Fellow Class of 2014.  He and his wife, Jill, are members of the Dr. F.H. McLeod Legacy Society.

  JENNIFER H. YACOUBIAN

  Secretary - Florence

  Mrs. Yacoubian is an active volunteer with the McLeod Health Foundation. She joined the McLeod Foundation Board as a Trustee in 2021. She currently serves on the Foundation Governance/Planning Committee, Circle of Excellence Executive Committee, Grants Committee and is Chair of the HERO Fund Advisory Committee.  Mrs. Yacoubian is a member of the McLeod Fellows Class of 2022.

  Mrs. Arnette is employed by Trico Water Company in Dillon, SC. She joined the McLeod Foundation Board as a Trustee in 2022 and is an active volunteer at McLeod Health Dillon. She serves as Chair of the Foundation Grants Committee and is a member of the McLeod Fellows Class of 2022.

  MENDEL R. BELL

  N. Myrtle Beach

  Mr. Bell is the co-owner of Touch Med Spa in North Myrtle Beach, SC. He joined the McLeod Foundation Board as a Trustee in 2023. He is a member of the McLeod Foundation Loris Seacoast Board, the Foundation Governance/Planning Committee and is Chair of the Loris Seacoast Governance Committee. He is also a graduate of the McLeod Loris Seacoast Fellows Class of 2018.

  GUNTER D. BULLOCK, PharmD

  Florence

  Mr. Bullock is the Vice-President/Owner of PDI Pharmacy in Florence, SC. He joined the Foundation Board as a Trustee in 2024. Mr. Bullock serves on the Foundation Grants Committee and is a member of the McLeod Fellows Class of 2024.  He and his wife Emily are members of the McLeod Foundation’s Circle of Excellence Young Giving Society.

  SHANNON BURR CHANDLER

  Florence

  Shannon was raised in Florence, South Carolina, and has always had a passion for serving others. She owns and operates Chandler Investments Properties with her husband, Jonathan. They have one son, John Alton. Shannon and her husband have been dedicated donors since her involvement with McLeod Fellows in 2022. Shannon currently serves on the Finance Committee of her Church and is affiliated with several community outreach programs both locally and abroad. Shannon is looking to become more actively involved in the community.

  Florence

  Dr. Chung specializes in general dentistry in Florence, SC. She joined the McLeod Foundation Board as a Trustee in 2022 and is a member of the Foundation Grants Committee and McLeod Children’s Hospital HERO Fund Advisory Committee. Dr. Chung is also a member of Circle of Excellence and the McLeod Fellows Class of 2021.

  GRAY COVINGTON

  McColl

  Gray was born and raised in McColl, South Carolina. She is a retired school teacher and is married to Rhett Covington, who owns Rhett Covington Farms in McColl. They have two adult children, one grandchild and another on the way. Gray was diagnosed with breast cancer in March of 2023, and she chose Dr. Jamie Smith and Dr. Virginia Clyburn-Ipock as her care team. She completed her treatment last year, and immediately began supporting the HOPE Fund personally. She then joined the HOPE Advisory Committee, and soon after joined the Dr. FH McLeod Legacy Society with a gift to the HOPE Fund Endowment. She continues to be an advocate for HOPE and a dedicated supporter.

  TIM CUNNINGHAM

  Florence

  Mr. Cunningham is owner of Equitable Advisors in Florence. He is a past Chair of the Foundation Board.  Mr. Cunningham serves on the Foundation Grants Committee, Governance/Planning Committee and is a member of McLeod Men. He is also a member of the McLeod Fellows Class of 2012 and the Dr. F. H. McLeod Legacy Society.

  JULE ELDRIDGE, III

  Florence

  Mr. Eldridge is a Senior Vice President, Investments, Crescent Advisory Partners of Raymond James. He joined the McLeod Foundation Board as a Trustee in 2018 and serves on the Foundation Grants Committee and Governance/Planning Committee.  He is a member of the McLeod Fellows Class of 2018. Mr. Eldridge and his wife, Mary Glenn, are also members of the Dr. F. H. McLeod Legacy Society.

  Mr. Fast is the Senior Vice President, Market Executive of First Citizens Bank. He joined the McLeod Foundation Board as a Trustee in 2018 and serves as Chair of the Foundation Governance/Planning Committee.  Mr. Fast is a member of McLeod Men and is also a member of the McLeod Fellows Class of 2017.

  BEVERLY S. HAZELWOOD

  Florence

  Mrs. Hazelwood is the Music Associate Director at Central United Methodist Church. She joined the McLeod Foundation Board as a Trustee in 1987 and is past Chair of the Board. She also serves as a Trustee of the McLeod Health Board. Mrs. Hazelwood is Chair of the McLeod Angels, serves on several Foundation Committees and is a member of the McLeod Fellows Class of 2009.  She and her husband, Dr. Bill Hazelwood, are members of the Dr. F. H. McLeod Legacy Society.

  HELEN D. HOLLAND

  Florence

  Mrs. Holland joined the Foundation Board as a Trustee in 2024 and serves on the Foundation Grants Committee. She is past Chair of the Foundation Community Partners Program Committee and is a member of the McLeod Fellows Class of 2014. Mrs. Holland and her husband Dr. Evans P. Holland, Jr., are members of the Dr. F.H McLeod Legacy Society.

  VIRGINIA CLYBURN-IPOCK, M.D.

  Florence

  Dr. Clyburn-Ipock is a Radiation Oncologist with the McLeod Center for Cancer Treatment and Research. She joined the McLeod Foundation Board as a Trustee in 2020 and currently serves as a member of the HOPE Fund Advisory Committee. Dr. Clyburn-Ipock also serves on the McLeod Health Board of Trustees.

  Mrs. Jona joined the Foundation Board as a Trustee in 2024. She serves on the Foundation Grants Committee and is a member of McLeod Angels. Mrs. Jona and her husband, Dr. Vinod Jona, are members of the Dr. F.H. McLeod Legacy Society.

  ANGELA KING

  North Myrtle Beach

  Angela King retired from Labcorp in 2023 after 34 years of service in Sales, Sales Leadership and Contract Negotiations. While at Labcorp, she had the privilege of working with the McLeod network in the Florence market prior to the systems expansion across the region. Angela has a passion for philanthropy and a loyalty to McLeod Health that predates her service on the Coastal Foundation Board. Angela currently serves as Chair of the Coastal Board and has been volunteering and supporting the McLeod Coastal initiatives since 2020.

  Mrs. Marechal is the Vice President of McLean Marechal Insurance and joined the McLeod Foundation Board as a Trustee in 2018. She serves on the Foundation HERO Fund Advisory Committee and is a member of the McLeod Fellows Class of 2019.

  ELISABETH MCNEIL

  Bennettsville

  Mrs. McNeil is retired from her family business, the Marlboro Herald Advocate and joined the McLeod Foundation Board as a Trustee in 2017. She serves on the McLeod Foundation Grants Committee and is a member of the McLeod Fellows Class of 2008.

  MICHAEL A. OUZTS, R.P.H

  Manning

  Mr. Ouzts is a registered pharmacist at Anderson Pharmacy in Manning, SC. He joined the McLeod Foundation Board as a Trustee 2023 and serves on the McLeod Foundation Clarendon Advisory Board and the McLeod Foundation Governance/Planning Committee.  Mr. Ouzts is also a member of the McLeod Fellows Class of 2025.

  JOHNNY RISHMAWI

  Florence

  Johnny was raised in Lake City, South Carolina and is an owner of Budget Blinds, LLC in Florence as well as a small chain of convenience stores. He is married to Anjana, who is a Physician Assistant. They have one child, an infant, named Amir. Johnny has been a dedicated donor to the HOPE Fund since 2017, sponsoring An Evening of HOPE Cancer Benefit each year. He also partners with us to facilitate our Gas Card program for our Cancer Patients in need of assistance. Johnny and Anjana are members of the Circle of Excellence Young Giving Society, and Johnny serves on the McLeod Regional Medical Center Community Board.

  JOSHUA R. ROUHAN, M.D.

  Florence

  Dr. Rouhan is an Emergency Department Physician at McLeod Regional Medical Center.  He joined the Foundation Board as a Trustee in 2024 and serves on the Foundation Grants Committee. Dr. Rouhan and his wife, Haley, are also members of the Circle of Excellence Young Giving Society.

  JAMES (JIM) B. SMITH

  Myrtle Beach

  Jim lives in Myrtle Beach, SC and serves as the Executive Vice President of The Citizens Bank. He previously served as President and CEO of Sandhill’s Bank until it was acquired by The Citizens Bank, where he strategically led the bank through substantial growth. Jim currently serves on the McLeod Loris Seacoast Community Board of Directors. He is a previous member of the McLeod Foundation Coastal Board and has been a dedicated volunteer and supporter of McLeod Foundation events as well as the new McLeod Center for Treatment and Research at the Coast.

  VIRGINIA N. “GINGER” SULLIVAN

  Florence

  Mrs. Sullivan joined the McLeod Foundation Board as a Trustee in 2020. She is Chair of the McLeod Hospice Advisory Board, a member of McLeod Angels and serves on several Foundation committees. She is also a graduate of the McLeod Fellows Class of 2016.
