Welcome to McLeod Health Pharmacy Services

McLeod Health Pharmacy Services offers a variety of services for patients, providers, and the patient care team:

Infusion/IV Therapy Services with several locations across the McLeod Health system
Specialty & Retail Pharmacies to offer coordination of specialty therapies for patients, home delivery including refrigerated prescriptions, refill tracking, and patient management
Medication Access Teams to support completion of prior authorizations for infusion and specialty take-home medications and connect patients with resources to help afford their medications

McLeod Pharmacy Services offers various infusion IV therapy services.

Please fax the completed forms to our Medication Access Team at (843) 777-9798 and we will begin working on your referral.

The McLeod Medication Access Team is being rolled out across system clinics. Live clinics may refer patients through established Epic processes.

McLeod Regional Medical Center and McLeod Seacoast have on-site retail pharmacies available to service patients.
