Discounted/Sliding Fee Schedule

The services provided by McLeod Family Medicine Marion are available to all persons regardless of race, color, national origin, religion, age, sexual orientation, gender identity or physical or mental handicap. No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay. There is a discounted/ sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income.
