Why I Chose McLeod: "I chose McLeod becuase I wanted a community hospital that was near the size of a university hospital; a place where I can take care of my own ICU patients and have the autonomy when deciding their care. I was also looking for a program where the attending physicians treated you as colleauges, not as residents, in a community that was quiet with easy access to a large city environment."
