Mr. Kinney is the Editor and Publisher of the Marlboro Herald-Advocate. He has been a McLeod Foundation Board Trustee since 1998. When his term expired in 2007, he rolled off the Board for a year and was reinstated in 2008. He serves on the Planning Committee. His hobbies include walking, gardening, and historic preservation. He is married to Peggy, and they have two children.
