McLeod Home Health offers a range of services: including skilled nursing and physical therapy; to individuals who are no longer inpatients but require medical care for a limited period. Our Triad Team Care Model uses an RN Case Manager, RN Staff Nurse and an LPN Staff Nurse on each patient's case to ensure patient satisfaction. Patients meeting Medicare guidelines may qualify for third-party payment for Home Health Services. Our services include:
