McLeod Sports Medicine is offering an ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT CAMP, a sports performance training program for ages 12-18, based on scientific strength and conditioning principles that will increase your overall athletic ability and take your game to the next level. Program includes Dynamic Flexibility/Muscle Activation, Speed and Agility Rotation, Full Body Strength Training, Total Body Team Competitions, & Individualized Instruction.
June 15, June 17, June 22, and June 24 (Rain Dates will be June 16 and/or June 23)
9:00 am - 10:30 am on the front lawn of McLeod Health & Fitness Center
$75 for all 4 sessions (team and group pricing available)

Thousands of baseball players are seen by doctors each year complaining of elbow or shoulder pain. Through the Throwers' Edge program you can learn how to reduce the risk of injury, improve your pitching mechanics, and enhance your pitching performance. A Certified Sports Performance Professional will conduct a Functional Movement Screening specific to the overhead throwing athlete.

Functional Movement Screen
The Functional Movement Screen (FMS) is a ranking and grading system that documents movement patterns that are key to normal function. By screening these patterns, the FMS readily identifies functional limitations and asymmetries.
