General Visitation Hours
6:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Obstetrical Unit Hours
7:00 a.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Intensive Care Unit Hours
8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.
Where to Eat
The Hospital Cafeteria offers a variety of foods, snacks and beverages for both visitors and
employees during these hours.
Breakfast: 6:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
Lunch: 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Grab & Go: 3:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. (Monday - Friday)
Supper: 4:45 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. (Monday - Thursday)
On Friday, the cafeteria closes for the day at 2:00 p.m. and at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
Vending Machines are located in the Emergency
Waiting Room, Dining Room and the OB Waiting Room.
Gift Shop
Pink Dogwood Gift Shop is located in the front lobby of the hospital.
9 a.m. to 5 p.m. – Monday through Saturday
1 p.m. to 5 p.m. – Saturday
2 p.m. to 6 p.m. – Sunday
Chapel
Open 24 hours a day, the McLeod Dillon Chapel is available to visitors and patients for meditations, prayer or quiet reflection. The Chapel is located in the front lobby of the hospital.
Pastoral Care
Our chaplains and volunteers from pastoral services are available for counseling and support 24 hours a day. At your request, a nurse can contact a chaplain for you. Of course, your personal pastor may also visit.
Money Machine
Families visiting McLeod Dillon have easy access to an automated teller machine (ATM). The ATM is located in the waiting room in the front lobby of the hospital.
Wireless Internet Access
McLeod Connect provides visitors with free wireless internet access throughout McLeod Dillon and the McLeod Dillon Professional Building. To access McLeod Connect, visitors must have a personal laptop with a wireless internet card
installed. After opening Internet Explorer, you will be directed to the McLeod Connect homepage. Once you agree to the “terms and conditions” you will click the large connect button found in the middle of the screen. After clicking “Connect” you will be automatically directed to the McLeod Health website. From here, you can navigate to other websites.
Patient Representative
A Patient Representative is available to patients and visitors to discuss any compliments or concerns you may have. The goal of the Patient Representative is to ensure that our services meet with your
satisfaction. To contact a Patient Representative, please call 487-1293.
