Nutrition Information

Nutritional diagnostic, therapy and and counseling services for the purpose of disease management are provided by a McLeod Seacoast Registered Dietitian. Our Registered Dietitians provide an individualized plan of care based on each participant's personal health and educational needs

Activities and Services include:

  • Individualized sessions to set nutrition goals to help improve health
  • Personalized nutrition treatment plan
  • Exercise consultations
  • Healthy lifestyle menu planning
  • Grocery store tour and shopping guidance
  • Nutritional review of specific medical conditions and blood work that are provided by a primary care physician

Medical Nutrition Therapy is one of the first treatments that individuals should receive to improve conditions such as:

  • Diabetes
  • Renal Disease
  • Heart Disease
  • Hypertension
  • Obesity/Weight Management
  • Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBS)
  • High Cholesterol
  • Any Nutritional Concerns
