McLeod Safe Kids Now Offering Free Car Seat Education Class

In South Carolina, nine out of ten child car seats are not installed properly. The mission of McLeod Safe Kids is to prevent unintentional injuries in children 19 and younger through education on important safety topics, including child passenger safety.

McLeod Safe Kids Now Offering Safe Sitter Course

McLeod Safe Kids will host a Safe Sitter class for girls and boys ages 11 to 13 on the following dates:

· June 17 (register by June 10)

· June 24 (register by June 19)

· July 15 (register by July 8)

· July 24 (register by July 17)

The Safe Sitter class will take place from 8:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. at the McLeodMedicalPlaza, 800 East Cheves Street, in Florence. The class will be held in the Auditorium, Suite 100.
