Athletes ages 12 to 17 years can improve their athletic performance with the McLeod Health & Fitness Center "Peak Performance" program. In this program, conditioning professionals conduct an athletic performance evaluation and use the results to concentrate on training methods. Through Peak Performance, athletes build a solid foundation of sports specific strength/power, coordination/agility, endurance and flexibility. Peak Performance is a flexible program that offers athletes the opportunity to train all summer or part of the summer with four hours of training each week from June until August.
