(1/13/2014)  While there are no hospital restrictions on visitation, except for what is required in critical care areas, the Centers for Disease Control and the Department of Epidemiology for McLeod Health advise guests to limit patient visitation at a hospital unless it is absolutely necessary.

McLeod Loris Welcomes Baby New Year, Horry County's First Born in 2014

 (1/3/2014)  At 11:50 a.m. on Wednesday, January 1, McLeod Loris not only welcomed the first baby of the New Year born at the hospital but also the very first baby born in Horry County in 2014.

Ron'Dazia Camir Riggins weighed in at 6 lb. 7.3 oz. and was 19 inches long. She is the daughter of proud parents Sherelda Grate and Ron Dale Riggins of Loris.
