Joan S. Billheimer is the Community Development Officer for First Reliance Bank. A Trustee on the McLeod Foundation Board from 2004 to 2013, Billheimer returned to service on the board in 2014. Active in her community in numerous organizations, Billheimer also serves on the Nominating Committee, Corporate Partners Committee and the Grants Committee for the McLeod Foundation.
Joe is a 1999 graduate of Catawba College and a 2001 graduate of Western Michigan University where he earned a Master of Arts in Athletic Training. He has experience working with High School, Collegiate and Professional athletics. He has been a member of the McLeod Sports Medicine team since 2004. Currently, Joe is an assistant athletic trainer at Francis Marion University while primarily working with the baseball and women’s soccer teams. In 2013, Joe added summer duties as the Head athletic trainer for the Florence RedWolves, a summer collegiate league baseball squad in the Coastal Plain League. From 2004-2005, Joe was the head athletic trainer for the Pee Dee Pride, and ECHL ice hockey team based in Florence. Joe is FMS certified, and also has experience with development and implementation of summer strength and conditioning programs for area youth. . From 2001-2004, Joe served as the associate athletic trainer at Olivet (Mich.) College, an NCAA Division III member school.
Mr. Ramsey is owner of Diamond Hill Plywood. He joined the McLeod Foundation Board as a Trustee in 2005. He serves on the Executive Committee and is Chair of the Corporate Partners Committee. His hobbies include playing golf, horseback riding, and working as a reserve deputy for the Darlington County Sheriff’s Department. He is married to Jane, and they have one child.
