Dave Stoklosa, MS, ATC, CSCS is a 2000 graduate of SUNY Brockport and a 2001 graduate of Indiana State University. He is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). He has experience working with high school, collegiate, and Olympic athletics. Dave is the Sports Performance Specialist for McLeod Sports Medicine and is the Certified Athletic Trainer for Lamar High School. Dave has been a member of McLeod Sports Medicine since 2012.

Dr. David Horger received his degree in medicine from the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC), Charleston, SC. He completed an internship and residency in the Department of Surgery at MUSC. He has also completed a residency in the Department of Urology at MUSC.
Dr. Horger has experience in minimally invasive, laparoscopic procedures which potentially results in less blood loss and quicker recovery for selected patients. Dr. Horger has special interests in the endoscopic treatment of kidney stones and treatment for prostatic enlargement and enjoys treating all general urology needs. He sees all age ranges from pediatrics to late adults. "With my primary practice based out of Florence, SC, it makes sense to for me to travel to Dillon to provide the same quality care, closer to the homes of Dillon residents and the surrounding communities," said Dr. Horger.
David is a 2005 and 2007 graduate of Rowan University in Glassboro, New Jersey. He received his Bachelor's degree in Health and Exercise Science with a specialization in Athletic Training in 2005. In 2007 he received his Master's in Education Technology while completing a Graduate Assistantship at Rowan University. Prior to joining McLeod Sports Medicine, he spent four years working in a physical therapy clinic and private high school in New Jersey. He is currently the Certified Athletic Trainer for West Florence High School. David has been a member of the McLeod Sports Medicine team since 2011.
