Teens in Training

A three-week weight training and cardio-conditioning program designed just for teens 12 to 15 years of age. Teens will learn how to weight train and cardio train safely and effectively. A variety of health related topics will also be discussed such as: nutrition and exercise, fitness and sports, injury prevention, and how to plan and carry out a personal exercise program.
